Not too bad

This quiz was pretty good. There probably could’ve been a little more detail in general, but the music was pretty good and fit in well with the flash. The questions had a pretty good range of difficulty, even though a few may be impossible to figure out a year or so down the line. The buttons were pretty good, and I’m at least glad you didn’t make the text a button like a lot of people. The surprise was kinda weird and didn’t have too much point though.

yea but the next versions is gonna be WAYYYYYY better.

Same situation as the first

My problems with this one were the same as with your first one. The buttons are rather bland, as is the general way you contructed the stuff. The background was pretty cool, and I liked the music in this one, but I didn't care for this flash in general. Heck, I think the correct answer order was the same as the last one too (that or it's a weird coincidence).

FattyWhale responds:

oh no, you found my secret :(

Relatively plain, but not too bad.

Well, I know pretty much nothing about BoF, so I can't rate the questions themselves. That being said, the quiz itself could've been made better. The background was alright, but the buttons felt too simplstic for me. The music was cool, though I would've liked it to turn off when you switched to a different track instead of havig nto click the x. I do like that you threw in 4 songs though.

FattyWhale responds:

Next time I will make each button stop the sound from the previous sound.

Cool, but not much of a soundboard

Well, I like the background and the whole layout you used. The extras you threw in that aren't in most soundboards were pretty cool. As for the soundboard part, with only 12 quotes, it was pretty disappointing, and couldn't really be used for anything. The sound quality wasn't too bad on them, since I assume it'd be prety hard to take the background noice off most of them. I like the java tracks you threw in, though I'm not sure what the point of those were.

Frenzy responds:

Well, yeah, the quotes were pretty hard to find for this soundboard. I made the 'Track 13: Java' (as I call it), because I thought it gave the soundboard some 'mystery' and presonality.

Thanks for the review!

Loved it

Yes, i gave violence a rating to symbolize how traumatic she can be, lol. In all seriousness, this was a veyr good soundboard. I like that you threw in background info on, as well as a video clip, so no one can give you a 0 sayign they don't know who that is. The buttons were still simple, yet very good.My only problem with the sound was that there were that ad the very beginngin and end of sounds, there are some stomp noises. They're pretty common in all soundboards, but they are a pet peeve of mine.

FattyWhale responds:

I did about as good as I could with the sounds, but this was fun to make.

Very good for a soundboard

For a soundboard, although ismplistic, this was very well-made. The graphics, buttons and the like were prety basic. That being said, there was no real need to change anything with them anyway. The background was pretty cool too. My only little problem is that the "no cops plz" sound cuts off sooner than it should (a lot sooner apparently because I don't know what's going on). The volume is a slight issue at times, but it's usually if Peewee's yellign only, makign it not an issue. I really liked this though.

FattyWhale responds:

Thanks a bunch.

A little hard, but very well done.

I loved playign this game. The graphics and objective was well-made, and game itself was god, and The enemies were simple, yet cool. The character was kinda hard to control though, as there were times where he wouldn't jump, and you had to wait forever for him to go. This was one of those flashes that had to be put on medium quality due to the graphics. Still, I couln't really get to a couple parts due to the guys inertia. IF a guy jumps like Luigi in the original SMB it gets hard quickly. It's still a great game though.

Sk8erGirl14 responds:

yeah, Im working on a different physics engine now...this one seemed to be flawed majorly...sorry bout that...first game evah! but not my last...

thanks for the great review...

Simple yet good

As much as I hate clocks, I enjoyed this soundboard. It was pretty simple, yet that worked in its favor. The quotes chosen were very good for a soundboard, and it looked like you put some good effort into this. My main problem is that it felt like it was missing something. The soundboard itself was decent, but the flash as a whole felt too simplistic.

Frenzy responds:

Thanks for the review!

Interesting, yet boring.

I liked how you did the intro and everything leading up to the soundboard, even though it was simple. There weren't too many quotes to choose from, and that ones that were there didn't have consistent volume (Some I had to turn the volume all the way up, some all the way down). The about the film thing you had was interesting. I doubt there's another soundboard liek this on the web, so it was a nice change of pace form the typical ones.

-wizardman, review #550, stop catchign up to me please

Frenzy responds:

Thanks!

Oh, and I'm not stopping.

:p

May the best man win.

Pretty good

I liked the music at the beginnign of the soundboard, and this one was a lot more aesthetically pleasing than your first flashes. You used a lot of sounds, with some unique ones. Homer's "Shut Up" sound sounds more like Abe, but that may be just me. A lot of your sounds feature more than one character, which isn't necessarily bad, but it is one of my pet peeves in soundboards. If you could fix the volume on the sounds so that they're all about the same loudness, this would be a lot better.

Frenzy responds:

Thanks for the review!
