A little lacking, yet better than ever.

Took me long enough to get around to writing a review for this, huh? Anyway, I had to watch it a few time to see if it was worthy of a 9 or a 10, you'll see why.

First off, the new introduction is pretty cool, I must say, has a more detailed edge to it. Blockhead seems a lot better animated now, which is great. The backgrounds also look a lot better. They were great to begin with, but you're clearly taken the extra step in flash animation, which is great. The spit aerodynamics were done extremely well, though I'm guessing it's a hot day if it evaporated. (Yes, I pay attention to every little detail :P) The guy going no randomly was quite odd. And now, the cool ending to the intro, and now, the actual cartoon, oh boy!

I see the conscience got a makeover, quite nice. He looks a little neater, but angrier at the same time. Anyway, so Blockhead's about to watch a movie, though he can't get it in. when he does, we watch it. The teeth are very detailed (as expected from what was a "Teeth season 1" VHS) I must say I wasn't expecting him to do something like The Ring though, it made me expect a lot of hilarity. So, he's off on an adventure to do... something. Quite good so far, more fluid animation. Random Q #1: Any significance to the pineapple magnet on the fridge?

Haha, Blockhead's humor continues to be great, since he wants to see the "secrets" in the "house". He calls the girl, who's omgwatchingpicostimetankomg, and... how he talked into the phone then into a megaphone made no sense, but it was amusing so I'll let it slide. Blockhead's non-sequiturs are great, but I can tell that they are starting to run a little thin, it's getting a little harder for you in the humor department. It's great though, and I loved the "velocirapture" reference. After the second house, he goes to the third. I just noticed as well that the backgrounds are blurred, which is a nice touch. More randomness strikes, and it's over.

Well, I can certainly say I loved the flash. The humor seemed a little off compared to previous episodes, but at the same time the animation and story were so much more compelling that it more than cancelled out. Certainly you've improved in a lot of areas, though. No need to sweat any of the humor, of course, since as long as Blockhead's Blockhead he'll continue to be hilarious. Certainly a flash good enough for a 10 in my book. (No 4096 byte review, gotta save my energy for BH10)

Uh, okay.

I don't know French for the life of me, so I'll go by what it might get if I knew the sounds. The quantity of sounds is good, they're separated well, the volume differential could be better but isn't terrible. There's no stop all sounds button though, which hurts. I think you have to press space but that doesn't. Simple enough that it works.

Great

I think I may have found the best flash on the portal so far. Granted, i'm only around 1500 so far, but this one tops those. The graphics were extremely good and still good by today's standards, the animation was fluid, the sound was spot on, and it was just so much fun to watch. Everything went together well, his tirades were put together properly, and makign fun of the wazzup parody was also great. Only criticism is that the mouth movements weren't all that great at times.

yawn

Thi flash wasn't really all that good. The graphics were okay enough that there were no glaring problems, but you didn't actually animate most the scenes, and the animation that there was was quite choppy. The voices were okay as well, however I couldn't understand what the cop was saying, plus that section was all messed up. Then the guy gets shot out of nowhere... the flash had absolutely no flow to it by the end.

Hm?

How the monkey got in heaven I don't know, heh. Unfortunately, the main problems that plagued the first flash are still evident in full force on this sequel. Thankfully he did end up getting sent to hell. Now, the graphics generally weren't too bad, and although the animation could've been better, it wasn't terrible. Still, it should never be difficult to watch a whole episode, and with all the timeskips it was.

Couple big problems

WEll, the idea behind the flash was pretty good, and it was certainly long enough. However, there were a couple big problems that basically ruined the flash for me. First off, the sound looping was so messed up that it got quite annoying after a little while. Second, When you did the scene swaps, I could never read what words you were throwing up, and they came so suddenly that it was hard to figure out what was going on.

odd

Seriously, that's probably the best word to describe that flash. There was little in terms of graphics, with the heads and moving tails, but the funny thing is that a small part of me enjoyed this flash. Granted, you couldn't tell the good ones from evil, but the ones attacking each other, dropping bombs and the like was fun, and you could have made a great flash out of this I think. However, the background didn't work for me, it didn't feel right.

I get it

The flash in itself wasn't very god, though I at least chuckled at the joke. The graphics were really choppy, and the use of buttons instead of animation gave the idea of laziness on the author's part, though there may have been a point to the buttons. It was just a bunch of scenes put together with some odd dialog. The guy comes back in to the bar and he has to go in the barrel. You could have done a far better job, I think.
